DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, you must fill out the registration form in otder to place your order.
Registering your information allows you to:

- Track your order
- See your purchase history
- Access your statements
- modify your address and personal information.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO SEE MY ORDER DETAILS AND TRACK THEM?
To track your order, you need only click on the "TRACK PACKAGE" link found in the upper right portion of our site's home page. After signing in, you will be able to access your orders in progress from the list of your recent orders.
In "My Orders," you will find your items split into different categories ("Awaiting shipment", "Shipped"...).

All products are sold in international sizes used by the Designers. To know the best size for you, you should click on the "Sizing Guide" found in all the product cards. As sizes can vary considerably from designer to designer, we have also provided the actual dimensions of each product to let you compare them to your body's measurements.

ARE THE ARTICLES IN STOCK?
All articles are in stock unless a "Sold Out" indicator is attached. Products in your cart may no longer be available if another customer has selected the same items and has checked out. Items are sold to the customer who pays first.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
Legally, you have a seven day period beginning the day you receive your order to inform us of your intention to return the
product and the reason for returning it by means of the "Contact" section.
Be advised that the sender assumes the costs and risks associated with the return of the product.
Products should be returned:
- in their original container and packaging to tha address specified by customer service.
- in new condition ready for resale
- with all of their accessories.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
We work with two express carriers UPS & CHRONOPOST, the delivery time will vary depending on the destination country. One shourld expect a period of between three and seven days. At any time, you can check on your order's delivery status via your account.

WHY MUST I PROVIDE MY INFORMATION WITH EACH ORDER?
In order to always guarantee our customers' security, our customer service can ask you to send us, by mail or fax, documents proving your identity..
